Best Practices

Purpose

Fake reviews prevent users from making informed choices. They undermine users’ ability to find the products, experiences, places or lifestyles they want or need. Trusted reviews ensure people are making choices which most benefit their welfare.

That is why members of this Coalition have come together to protect trusted reviews. They are all focused on and passionate about maintaining the integrity of their trustworthy reviews and are focused on stopping the prevalence of fraudulent reviews. They have committed to a set of industry best practices, ensuring consumers can place trust in online reviews and ratings.
